Online Return Policy

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each item is thoroughly checked before delivery. Since every order is made with so much love, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange your regular-priced and sale items. Items must be returned in their original condition and labeled. All items discounted by 50% or more of the original price are final sale.

If you return your items within 7 days of the date you received your order, the merchandise will be exchanged at the original purchase price. From the 8th to the 14th day after you received your order, the merchandise will be exchanged at the last sale price. You just need to email us at info@lacecanada.com regarding your return so that we can provide you with a return authorization number to include on the package you will be sending back to us.

Did you know that you can exchange your items in our stores? Yes, you can! Print your online order and bring it along with your items to the store.

If you don't have time to find a replacement item, we would be happy to offer you a store credit valid for 3 months. It can be used online or in-store.

Clothing for special occasions, jewelry, handbags, and our accessories are final sale. An exchange, refund, or store credit cannot be issued for these items.

We do not offer refunds at any time.

During sale periods, merchandise purchased before the event will be exchanged at the current prices. We do not provide price adjustments on previous purchases. Store credits will not be issued or applied during sale events.
